Support Engineer & Operations
Skills—Requirements
-
Fluent in English, speaking and writing
-
Optional: 1 year experience as a support engineer (including incident handling)
-
Networking knowledge (Network protocols, VPN, routing)
-
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues
-
Familiarity with Linux tools and functionality
-
Bash scripting knowledge is a plus
-
Availability to occasionally work between 16:00 and 00:00 Romanian time is a plus

Responsibilities
-
Learn the LINX platform
-
Identify, log and escalate incidents
-
Support development needs with deployments, scripts
-
Monitoring apps resources and alerts in development and production
-
Remote installation and configuration for systems on customers’ servers
-
Provide first level support for requests received through chat, phone and service desk tickets
-
Assist customers with the process of user creation/departure
-
Conduct technical presentations of the products to customers
